The MTLE retake policy is being adjusted from 60 days to 45 days. Examinees who register for the MTLE on or after April 30, 2012, and do not pass a subtest must wait 45 days before retaking the subtest. Examinees may retake the subtest beginning on the 46th day following their previous attempt.
